Our Simple Promise
We want to keep things simple and fair.
Before asking for a refund, you must first complete your Career Discovery Test and submit your Career Report.
Why?
Because the report is the main result of the test.
Just like you cannot say whether an exam was useful before seeing your marks, we request you to first see your Career Report.
What Is A Career Report?
Think of it like a Career Report Card.
Instead of showing marks in Maths or Science, it shows:
- Which IT careers may suit you
- Your strengths
- Career options that match your profile
When Can You Ask For A Refund?
You can ask for a refund if you do all of the following:
Complete your Career Discovery Test.
Submit your Career Report.
Send your refund request within 48 hours.
Share the correct payment details.
Simple Example
Suppose your Career Report is generated on:
Then you must:
- Submit your Career Report before 3 June at 1:00 PM
- Send your refund request before 3 June at 1:00 PM
Both things must be done within 48 hours.
When Refund Will Not Be Given
You Did Not Complete The Career Test
If the test is not completed, refund cannot be given.
You Did Not Submit The Career Report
If the report is not submitted within 48 hours, refund cannot be given.
You Sent The Refund Request Late
If your refund request comes after 48 hours, refund cannot be given.
Wrong Details Were Shared
If payment details or other information is incorrect, we may not be able to process the refund.
Example
Rahul completes his Career Test on Monday.
Rahul submits his Career Report on Tuesday.
Rahul sends his refund request on Tuesday itself.
GST Deduction
If your refund request is accepted:
- GST amount will be deducted.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
How Long Does Refund Take?
After your request is checked and approved:
- Refund will be started within 48 working hours.
- The money will be sent back to the same payment method used while making payment.
Sometimes banks may take extra time to show the money in your account.
